Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time

Domestic delivery: 3–7 business days

International delivery: 7–14 business days (varies by location)

3. Shipping Charges

Charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and weight.

Free shipping may be offered on certain promotions (check homepage for updates).

4. Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email or SMS once your order is shipped.

5. Delivery Issues

Kirdaaar is not liable for delays due to courier services, customs, or incorrect address entry by the customer.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the hygiene and personal nature of perfumes, we only offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:

Product received is damaged, leaking, or incorrect.

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video or photo evidence.

4. Refunds
